Please meet Dina Ford, Owner and Executive Director of WILD About Learning Academy. Dina is a native to Northwest Arkansas and has lived here for over thirty-two years. Dina has been in the Early Childhood industry since 1997. Dina is passionate about her role within the community and strives to provide excellent customer service and mentorship to her team. Dina is married to James and they have five children “blended”; Colin (22), Tanner (19), Lauren (18), Kylee (16), and Carson (14). Recently Dina became a Grandmother to a beautiful set of twins Asher & Everleigh and she couldn’t be happier! In her freetime she enjoys volunteering at Fellowship Bible Church, teaching group fitness classes, spending time on the lake, sharing Plexus Health & Wellness, sharing Young Living essential oils, and spending time with her family and friends.
I’m Kaitlyn, and I am the Assistant Director here at WILD! I started here in 2014 and I have worked in the Early Childhood Education industry since 2010. I am currently obtaining my CDA. I met my husband in 2014 and we were married in 2018. We have 2 boys, Casen and Stetson. We love spending time outdoors. Whether that’s at the lake,or all over our beautiful state. Children and education are both my passion and I’m lucky to be able to combine the two!
I’m Lexus! I’m the Lead Teacher of WILD’s one year old classroom. I enjoy watching the children learn and being able to see them strive for what they love. I have worked at WILD over a year and each day is different! I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our two dogs.
Hello I’m Brenda Pockat! I have been married for over 30 years with 2 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. I’m the Lead Teacher for our Pre-K1 class here at WILD. I also serve as our Team Lead for our curriculum program. I have over 30 years of experience with children, I obtained my CDA in 2010, and received my Pre-K Ella certification. My goal each day is to see that every child has a love for learning and a day filled with fun experiences with their friends.
Hello, I’m Oaklyn! I’m the Assistant Teacher of the two year old classroom here at WILD. I am in school for Criminal Justice and Psychology. I enjoy watching the children grow and explore the world everyday. Each day is different, but it keeps me on my toes. I enjoy learning more about each child and their individual goals and dreams. I enjoy adventures, and spending time with my loved ones outside of work! Thank you for allowing me to be in your child’s life.
Hi! I’m Josie, and I am the Assistant Teacher in the ones class here at WILD! I am currently in school for nursing and psychology. I enjoy watching the children learn and grow here each day. Everyday is different and unique here at WILD, but that’s what makes it so exciting! I love being able to help your children continue to grow and leave an impact on their lives! Hi, I’m Angelic! I’m currently the Assistant Teacher in the one’s room and also help with car line each day. I am a senior at Bentonville High School. Children are one of my passions and I find so much joy in seeing them at school! I love watching them grow and learn everyday, while still striving to achieve their hopes and dreams. Please meet Lisa Ozark, the Nutrition Manager here at WILD. I have been a member of the WILD family since November 2019. In addition to being a certified serve safe food manager, I have many other safety and nutrition certifications. I have a true passion for cooking and I’m lucky to be able to prepare and serve meals to these young children. Originally from Northeast Louisiana, I moved to Northwest Arkansas in August 2019. I have two grown daughters and two bonus sons of Gary’s, my significant other. He and I enjoy riding our Harley’s as often as we can. Including long-distance vacations. The kids at WILD like it when I ride my motorcycle to work. I’m always up for an adventure.
Hello! I am Natalia Mouron. I am the Assistant Teacher in Pre-K2. I am a senior at Bentonville High School and will be attending the University of Arkansas next year. I have been working in child care for 2 years. I also took three years worth of child care classes at Bentonville High school. I love being around the kids and getting to know their creative minds. The Pre-K2 environment is friendly and welcoming and I love being a part of it! Outside of WILD I enjoy hanging out with my friends and watching lots of Netflix.
Please meet Amy Nunnally, and I am 35 years old. I am currently the Office Manager at WILD. I began my career in childhood education in 2003 while attending the University of Arkansas. I attended the University of Arkansas from 2003 to 2007 and obtained my bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education. From 2007 to 2008, I attended graduate school and received my Master’s degree in Childhood Education. In 2009, I met my husband, and we got married in 2010. We have two children, Elijah, eight years old, and Hadley, four years old. In my time away from work, I spend it with my husband and kids. We enjoy spending time outside, playing games, and relaxing watching movies together.
Please meet Elizabeth Duncan, and I am 21 years old. I have worked for WILD for almost four years now, and I love every bit of it! I have worked with individuals of all ages, but my heart lies with the three-year-olds. I am currently the Lead Teacher in our three-year-old classroom. In our classroom, we work on colors, shapes, letters and letter sounds, cutting, lacing, tracing, writing our names, and much more! I am going to school at Harding University to get my bachelor’s degree in K-6 education. I hope one day to be working with first graders in the district!
Please meet Josi Ramirez, and I’m 24 years old. I’m the Infant 1 Lead Teacher. I’ve been a part of the WILD family for almost two years now, and I’m currently studying to earn my CDA (Child Development Associate Credential). I am committed to providing your family with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning. I strive to create and maintain an environment where your child can grow and thrive while exploring the world around them.
Please meet is Kayla Brown! I am 18 years old. I am an Assistant Teacher in the two-year-old classroom. I have been working at WILD for over a year now. I will be attending the University of Arkansas in the fall and will be majoring in nursing to pursue my lifelong dreams of becoming a pediatric nurse. I have always had a passion for children and love what I do. I enjoy watching and helping your children grow more and more each day. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family and spending time outdoors on the lake!
Please meet Kylee Yuson. I am an Assistant Teacher in the Infant1 classroom. Some of my hobbies include movie marathons, hiking, and spending time with my family. Every since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to become a teacher, and I am so excited that I finally get to start that dream here at WILD. I can’t wait to watch every single one of your little ones and see how they learn and grow each day!

Please meet Macie DePeel. I have worked at WILD for four years, allowing me to work in and out of different classrooms and programs here. I am currently a Lead Teacher in the two-year-old classroom. I am 20 years old, and I am taking a bachelor’s in Animal Science at the University of Arkansas. I have a one-year-old son named Huntley. I have a passion for children, creativity, and animals! I love using my free time to bake, paint, or spend time with my family. I am thankful for the time I get to spend with the students at WILD, and the opportunity to provide them with learning tools as they grow!
Please meet Mikayla Kennedy, and I am the Lead Teacher in Pre-K2. I have over ten years of childcare experience, and I absolutely love teaching! I am a recipient of the T.E.A.C.H Scholarship, which is helping me to obtain my degree in Early Childhood Education. In my class, you can find us having dance parties, cooling down with yoga, and constantly striving to be more than prepared for Kindergarten. Pre-K2 is a warm and inviting class for 2.5 to 5-year-olds! We’d love to meet you!
Please meet Raegan Rodriguez, and I’m twenty-two years old. I am the Assistant Teacher in the three-year-old classroom! I have worked in child care for over ten years, and I’m currently working on my second year at WILD. I love playing with children and teaching all of the little ones that come into our classroom. Currently, I am working on my associate’s degree at Northwest Arkansas Community College and plan to transfer to Harding University to complete my degree in Early Childhood Education!
