Please meet Dina Ford, Owner and Executive Director of WILD About Learning Academy. Dina is a native to Northwest Arkansas and has lived here for over thirty-two years. Dina has been in the Early Childhood industry since 1997. Dina is passionate about her role within the community and strives to provide excellent customer service and mentorship to her team. Dina is married to James and they have five children “blended”; Colin (22), Tanner (19), Lauren (18), Kylee (16), and Carson (14). Recently Dina became a Grandmother to a beautiful set of twins Asher & Everleigh and she couldn’t be happier! In her freetime she enjoys volunteering at Fellowship Bible Church, teaching group fitness classes, spending time on the lake, sharing Plexus Health & Wellness, sharing Young Living essential oils, and spending time with her family and friends.
Please meet Amy Nunnally, and I am 35 years old. I am currently the Office Manager at WILD. I began my career in childhood education in 2003 while attending the University of Arkansas. I attended the University of Arkansas from 2003 to 2007 and obtained my bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education. From 2007 to 2008, I attended graduate school and received my Master’s degree in Childhood Education. In 2009, I met my husband, and we got married in 2010. We have two children, Elijah, eight years old, and Hadley, four years old. In my time away from work, I spend it with my husband and kids. We enjoy spending time outside, playing games, and relaxing watching movies together.
Please meet Ashlyn Carter. I am the Co-Lead Teacher in the two-year-old classroom. I have been here at WILD for two years. Currently, I am working on getting my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy spending time with the kids and being able to help them learn and develop. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with both my nieces and my family.
Please meet Brenda Pockat. I am the Lead Teacher in the PRE-K1 classroom. I also serve as the Academy Curriculum Specialist and help all staff with lesson planning and age-appropriate activities. I have 30 years of childcare experience and received my CDA certification and Pre-K Ella certificate. I have lived in Rogers for 30 years, married for 32 years, have two grown daughters, and now blessed with four grandchildren. Please come to see our school where we make learning fun.
Please meet Chrissy Eoff. I am the Assistant Teacher in the one-year-old classroom. I have been in Early Childhood Education or childcare for the better part of 15 years. I love teaching and watching the children utilize the skills they have learned and be so proud of themselves. My favorite part of childcare is knowing that every day, I can make a difference in a child’s life. I have been married for almost 14 years and have three beautiful boys. My favorite things to do are fishing, spending time on the water with my family, and drinking lots of coffee! I assure you that your child will only have the best care here at WILD! We can’t wait to see you in our classroom.
Please meet Elizabeth Duncan, and I am 21 years old. I have worked for WILD for almost four years now, and I love every bit of it! I have worked with individuals of all ages, but my heart lies with the three-year-olds. I am currently the Lead Teacher in our three-year-old classroom. In our classroom, we work on colors, shapes, letters and letter sounds, cutting, lacing, tracing, writing our names, and much more! I am going to school at Harding University to get my bachelor’s degree in K-6 education. I hope one day to be working with first graders in the district!
Please meet Josi Ramirez, and I’m 24 years old. I’m the Infant 1 Lead Teacher. I’ve been a part of the WILD family for almost two years now, and I’m currently studying to earn my CDA (Child Development Associate Credential). I am committed to providing your family with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning. I strive to create and maintain an environment where your child can grow and thrive while exploring the world around them.
Please meet June Bray. I am an Assistant Teacher in the Infant2 classroom and the one-year-old classroom. My future goal is to get my master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and use that to teach elementary-aged kids. I love children and enjoy seeing their smiles when they are doing something fun in the classroom. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family and trying new things. I spend most of my time outside, whether it’s playing a sport or going on a hike.
Please meet is Kayla Brown! I am 18 years old. I am an Assistant Teacher in the two-year-old classroom. I have been working at WILD for over a year now. I will be attending the University of Arkansas in the fall and will be majoring in nursing to pursue my lifelong dreams of becoming a pediatric nurse. I have always had a passion for children and love what I do. I enjoy watching and helping your children grow more and more each day. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family and spending time outdoors on the lake!
Please meet Kylee Yuson. I am an Assistant Teacher in the Infant1 classroom. Some of my hobbies include movie marathons, hiking, and spending time with my family. Every since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to become a teacher, and I am so excited that I finally get to start that dream here at WILD. I can’t wait to watch every single one of your little ones and see how they learn and grow each day!
Please meet Lexus Hudson. I’m an Assistant Teacher in the two-year-old classroom. I enjoy watching the children learn and being able to see them strive for what they love each day. I love spending time with my family and being anywhere outdoors.
Please meet Macie DePeel. I have worked at WILD for four years, allowing me to work in and out of different classrooms and programs here. I am currently a Lead Teacher in the two-year-old classroom. I am 20 years old, and I am taking a bachelor’s in Animal Science at the University of Arkansas. I have a one-year-old son named Huntley. I have a passion for children, creativity, and animals! I love using my free time to bake, paint, or spend time with my family. I am thankful for the time I get to spend with the students at WILD, and the opportunity to provide them with learning tools as they grow!
Please meet is Madison Johnson. I am 19 years old and joined WILD over two years ago. I have been blessed to be teaching in an amazing school that has a nurturing, loving environment where children can learn and experience new challenges that will help build their confidence while they play. You can find me wherever an extra hand is needed! I love children, and it fills my heart with joy to watch them grow. In my free time, I am a full-time mom and enjoy every bit of it.
Please meet Mikayla Kennedy, and I am the Lead Teacher in Pre-K2. I have over ten years of childcare experience, and I absolutely love teaching! I am a recipient of the T.E.A.C.H Scholarship, which is helping me to obtain my degree in Early Childhood Education. In my class, you can find us having dance parties, cooling down with yoga, and constantly striving to be more than prepared for Kindergarten. Pre-K2 is a warm and inviting class for 2.5 to 5-year-olds! We’d love to meet you!
Please meet Natasha Drain, and I would love to welcome you to the WILD! I currently Co-Lead in the one-year-old classroom. I have my bachelor’s degree in Education Studies from John Brown University. I adore kids and love to see each of them grow in their unique way. I love what I do and the experiences that come with it. I’m thrilled to join you and your child on their educational journey! When I have free time, I tend to spend it with my family and friends. However, I do enjoy anything Jeep related, hanging with my two dogs, or creating new makeup looks!
Please meet Raegan Rodriguez, and I’m twenty-two years old. I am the Assistant Teacher in the three-year-old classroom! I have worked in child care for over ten years, and I’m currently working on my second year at WILD. I love playing with children and teaching all of the little ones that come into our classroom. Currently, I am working on my associate’s degree at Northwest Arkansas Community College and plan to transfer to Harding University to complete my degree in Early Childhood Education!
Please meet Shelby Coleman. I am the Lead Teacher in the one-year-old classroom. I have been in Early Childhood Education since 2016 and love teaching young children basic life skills. I enjoy being a mother, spending time with my family, and going to the beach each summer.
